The Flex Sales Associate will deliver a world-class experience, surpass sales goals, and engage fans while supporting store operations. This part‑time role fits flexible schedules, with peak hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and other high-traffic periods such as promotions or product launches.

• Deliver a world-class customer experience and surpass sales goals by building genuine connections with fans.
• Share product knowledge to inspire customers and help them style their jewellery.
• Engage and attract customers, creating loyal fans beyond transactions.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure smooth, on‑brand operations.
• Be flexible with scheduling to meet business needs, including periods with few or no scheduled hours and increased availability during peak times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Demonstrated results‑oriented sales ability.
• Careful and clear communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels and engage audiences.
• At least 18 years old with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays; capable of standing for extended periods and lifting 50+ pounds; reliable arrival to work.
• Flexible schedule: roughly 4 hours per month during slower periods to about 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
• Reliable support to cover high‑traffic times, events, or when additional coverage is needed.
