Location:

• Promote a customer and product-focused sales culture, ensuring a great customer experience and maximum profitability.
• Drive for results by meeting company sales goals, utilizing sales techniques, and communicating product knowledge to customers.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, pricing, and visual standards; uphold merchandise handling, loss prevention, and other duties as directed by Management.
• Participate in visual directives including monthly store sets and zone maintenance.
• Provide a cohesive omni-channel experience by modeling MAPS principles and standards; ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
• Ensure a fast and efficient register experience; stay current on payment policies, coupon acceptance, returns, exchanges, security practices, and other operations.
• Encourage gift card sales and sign up clients for the reward program; build and maintain client relationships through clienteling and wardrobing.
• Know current product fit and style offerings in-store and online; maintain consistent client communication via customer books.
• Support replenishment activities and locate fulfillment; assist with boutique cleanliness and organization and with visual presentations as directed.
• Promote inclusive, collaborative problem solving; pursue personal development opportunities and seek feedback.

• Retail or sales experience preferred
• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Able to learn or adapt to company technology
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Able to communicate with customers, associates, and management
• Regular attendance and a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Constant walking/standing for 67-100% of an 8-hour shift
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs (1-33% of an 8-hour shift)
• Frequent climbing (34-66% of an 8-hour shift)
