• Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps; following proper forklift spotting procedures; handling and disposing of hazardous materials; following Company steel standard guidelines; and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
• Maintains the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area in accordance with Company policies and procedures by properly handling claims and returns; zoning the area; receiving and stocking merchandise; setting up, cleaning, and organizing product displays; removing damaged goods; signing and pricing merchandise appropriately; completing required audits, paperwork, logs, and other required documentation; and securing fragile and high-shrink merchandise.
• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member and identifying their needs; locating merchandise and assisting with purchasing decisions; providing Deli products to Members; resolving issues and concerns; and promoting the Company's products and services.
• Follows Company policies and procedures related to Freezer/Cooler area by complying with food handling policies; operating, repairing, and sanitizing equipment; following Cold Chain procedures when stocking merchandise; cleaning freezer/cooler/deli area (windows, mirrors, display cases and coolers); monitoring freezer/cooler fans, drains and doors for proper operation; and reporting issues to Management.
• Supports general operations with a focus on high-quality product availability, cleanliness, and sanitary conditions to ensure member readiness.

• Stock and organize products; ensure shelves are clean and products are properly arranged for accessibility.
• Maintain temperature control and verify expiration dates; dispose of lesser-quality food products as needed.
• Pack ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stock displays.
• Provide friendly Member service and assist with purchasing decisions focused on the deli and fresh foods.

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Preferred: experience with stocking and customer service
• Strong focus on member satisfaction and customer service
• Ability to adapt to changing work scenarios and solve problems creatively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow safety guidelines

• The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $24.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.
• Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances (schedule, facility, season, or work performed). Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
