• Drive sales by maximizing Fitting Room and Sales floor productivity and building guest loyalty through a best‑in‑class in‑store experience.
• Motivate and inspire the team through AEO’s core values, holding associates accountable to service standards.
• Recruit and hire strong talent, ensuring the store is always staffed to meet business needs.
• Set clear, attainable goals, provide ongoing performance feedback through real‑time coaching, and celebrate outstanding performance.
• Execute and innovate daily visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing, merchandising moves, and visual standards.
• Maintain store safety and asset protection standards, adhere to AEO policies and procedures, and always act with integrity.

• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
• Prior retail management experience leading teams.
• Strong multitasking, attention to detail, priority‑setting, and time‑management skills.
