This position supports delivering a highly satisfied customer experience and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.

Locations: USA Home Goods Store 0386, Sioux Falls, SD. This position has a starting pay range of $13.00 to $13.50 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and upholding customer experience principles.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
• Role model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and handle cash according to procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising philosophy and follow established procedures and standards.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Support shrink reduction goals and safety programs; participate in safety awareness.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Possesses excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Works effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Retail customer experience preferred.
