Marlin’s Family Restaurant is now hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager

As our Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping our restaurant running smoothly and successfully. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing food preparation and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Delivering exceptional customer service and resolving guest concerns with professionalism.
• Managing inventory, estimating food and beverage costs, and ordering supplies.
• Ensuring compliance with alcohol service regulations.
• Conducting daily inspections and scheduling equipment maintenance.
• Tracking sales and managing cash receipts.

We’re looking for someone who brings energy, leadership, and a passion for hospitality. You’ll stand out if you have:

• Proven restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
