• Requires consistent movement, sales skills, teamwork, world-class service, some heavy lifting, and the ability to work with others under pressure.
• Service of food and/or beverages, including order-taking, delivery, and clearing of items.
• Checks station before, during, and after shift for proper setup and cleanliness.
• Greets guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explains specials and restaurant promotions.
• Takes orders and inputs them into the Point of Sale system to inform the kitchen.
• Retrieves orders from the kitchen, confirms accuracy, and delivers to guests.
• Ensures guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.
• Adheres to all regulations and policies regarding the serving of alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
