Pay Range: $24.50 - $33.75 (Actual pay rate dependent upon experience)
Position Highlights- 72 hours/2 weeks – Rotating Day/Night (7-7) including every 3rd weekend/holiday; occasional call

A Brief OverviewThe LPN practices under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice registered nurse, licensed physician, or other health care provider. The LPN organizes and directs those aspects of care for which he/she is accountable; communicating and coordinating care with well‑defined nursing diagnoses, including all health team members.
What you will do- Collect data and conduct a focused nursing assessment of the health status of a patient.
- Participate with other health care providers in the development and modification of the patient‑centered health care plan.
- Implement nursing interventions within a patient‑centered health care plan.
- Assist in the evaluation of responses to interventions.
- Provide for the maintenance of safe and effective nursing care rendered directly or indirectly.
- Advocate for the best interest of the patient.
- Communicate and collaborate with patients and members of the health care team.
- Assist with health counseling and teaching.
- Delegate and assign nursing interventions to implement the plan of care.

- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Board of Nursing. An active license in the state of practice upon hire.
