Facility: Heart Hospital

Location: Sioux Falls, SD

Shift: Day

Schedule: Full time, 40 hours/week

Salary Range: $29.50 - $44.50 per hour

Job Summary

Coordinate care, assess patients, provide education, triage, and perform interventions. Requires excellent time management, prioritization, and critical thinking skills, especially in emergent situations. Responsible for age-specific assessments and interventions, scheduling tests, and utilizing electronic medical records. May work independently or with providers in hospital settings, including on-call duties. Adheres to healthcare policies and provides high-quality service. Skilled in patient assessment and triage, both in person and via electronic communication.

Collaborates with providers during procedures.

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited nursing program required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred. Must hold an unencumbered RN license in the practicing state, with multistate licensure if applicable. Maintains required certifications and competencies.
