LPN - PT PM Shift - Long Term Care (LTC) - SF Village
Location: 3901 S Marion Rd, Sioux Falls, SD 57106, USA
Shift: Evening – 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm
Schedule: Part time (4 hours per shift, 20 hours per week). Every other weekend and holiday rotation required.
Compensation: $24.00–$36.00 per hour; $5,000 Sign‑On Bonus (some restrictions may apply).
Facility: Good Samaritan – Sioux Falls Village – the largest long‑term‑care facility in South Dakota.
Job Summary: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides professional nursing care for residents of all ages in long‑term care, under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician. The LPN demonstrates knowledge and competency in nursing principles, performs testing and medication administration, documents resident interactions, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary care team. The LPN counsels residents, families, and advocates;
educates residents on self‑care; and performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse; associate degree in practical nursing preferred. Must hold an unencumbered LPN license with the State Nursing Board or possess multi‑state licensure privileges, and maintain required competencies and certifications (including annual CEU). Minimum of 400 hours of LPN experience at another facility or completion of supervised clinical experience across the lifespan is required.
If the position requires IV therapy/management skills in North Dakota, graduation from a Board‑approved AASPN program or completion of an IV Therapy course approved by the North Dakota Board of Nursing is required.
