RN – Registered Nurse – Critical Care Unit – FT Rotating

Sanford Health invites applications for the Registered Nurse (RN) position in our Critical Care Unit at the Heart Center in Sioux Falls, SD. The role is full‑time with rotating 12‑hour shifts, 36 weekly hours, and a salary range of $32.00–$48.00 per hour.

We’re looking for positive, compassionate, hardworking registered nurses who can provide the high‑quality care patients and families expect from us. In our fast‑paced environment, successful RNs are adaptable, excellent communicators, detail‑oriented, and possess strong time‑management skills. Whether newly graduated or experienced, you will work closely with nursing leaders to advance the organization.

• Plans and coordinates patient care, assessment, education, triage, and various nursing interventions
• Collaborates with colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate care
• Empathetically cares for patients during all stages of preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow‑up along the continuum of care
• Demonstrates competency and uses comprehensive nursing expertise

Graduate from an accredited nursing program (AACN, ACEN, NLN CNEA). Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred. Must hold an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs, and/or possess multistate licensure if in an NLC state. Holds required departmental competencies and certifications.
