• Provide acute care in a 39‑bed ICU divided across three locations.
• Assume floating duties to med/surg or step‑down units as required.
• Maintain a 1:2 nurse‑to‑patient ratio (1:1 for higher acuity, 1:3 during overflow).
• Use Epic EMR for documentation and communication.
• Work rotating 12‑hour day and night shifts with every other weekend.
• Be available to work two of the three major holidays:
  Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s.
• Complete all competency testing, orientation, EMR training, and preceptor shifts.
• Wear navy blue scrubs and badge in/out continuously.
• Eligible candidates must have ended prior employment at Sanford Health at least six months before consideration.
• Candidates within 80 miles of the facility are considered local.
• Work within a team‑based environment with training and support tailored to individual needs.

• Active SD or compact RN license.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience.
• Epic EMR experience preferred.
• Willingness to float to med/surg and step‑down units.
