We are growing and we are looking for an Ambulatory Surgery Center Manager to join our team!

• Overseeing day‑to‑day operations of the surgery center in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Fostering, developing, and maintaining close relationships with the team to ensure healthy internal relationships.
• Maintaining staff schedules to support surgical volumes while managing overtime utilization.
• Working with training specialists to assess gaps in knowledge and adjust as necessary.
• Ensuring seamless transitions for patients and surgeons and identifying patient experience gaps for evaluation and resolution.
• Ensuring appropriate surgical center staffing, and overseeing hiring, orientation, training, coaching, and counseling of staff.
• Assisting in quarterly audits of the facility and presenting during surveys.
• Reviewing monthly patient satisfaction scores to assess areas of opportunity and providing necessary coaching and/or recognition.
• Participating in annual performance reviews by providing feedback and identifying development needs and opportunities for staff.

• A current and valid nursing license with the state board of nursing within the state of practice.
• At least two years of nursing experience.
• Experience as an Operating Room (OR) Circulating Registered Nurse.
• Previous leadership experience in a clinical or surgical center setting.
