Location: Sioux Falls, SD

Shifts available: 12‑hour overnight shifts

Schedule: Full‑time

• Supervise CNA, CMA, and Nurse Aide staff in performing care and administering medicine.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document resident care and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create individualized care plans.
• Assist with resident assessments and monitor changes in conditions.
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents.

• Current South Dakota LPN license.
• Strong clinical and assessment skills.
• Ability to work 12‑hour shifts as required, including every other weekend.
