Join our team as a Maintenance Technician in a dynamic box manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for maintaining the functionality of our machinery by changing out belts, replacing motors, and performing essential diagnostic tasks to ensure continuous operation.

• Change out all belts and replace motors as needed.
• Conduct diagnostic work to maintain machine functionality.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.

• Mechanical inclination and ability to troubleshoot.
• Experience in maintenance, electrical, and mechanical tasks.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance procedures.

• 1 year of experience in a relevant field preferred.
• Training provided for electrical and computer skills.

The work environment is a box manufacturing setting without air conditioning, which can get warm in the summer. The team consists of about 20 people on the production floor. The dress code requires steel toe boots, and shirts are provided by the company.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sioux Falls, SD.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $28.00/hr.
