Night shift:
Monday–Wednesday, 4:30 PM–6:00 AM.

• End‑to‑end press operation on a narrow‑web flexo digital hybrid line to produce prime labels.
• Traditional flexographic printing and die‑cutting, ensuring registration and finish meet spec.
• Thorough setups: loading substrates, mounting plates, installing tooling, and setting impressions.
• Quality checks to confirm substrates, inks, and tooling align with requirements.
• Optimization of ink distribution, run speed, and dryer temperatures.
• Rapid troubleshooting to reduce downtime and material waste.
• Routine upkeep, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs.
• Safe work practices and strong housekeeping habits.
• Close collaboration with production teams, supervisors, and quality to meet timelines and standards.

• Hands‑on experience operating Mark Andy, Nilpeter, MPS, Omet, or comparable servo‑driven narrow‑web presses. Experience required.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing tasks.
• Analytical, problem‑solving approach with a focus on efficiency and quality.
• Physical readiness to stand, lift, and manage press operations.
• Knowledge of UV and water‑based inks and pressure‑sensitive or film materials.
• Basic computer proficiency for tracking jobs and schedules.
• Clear communicator who thrives in a team environment.
