As a Repro Operator you will coordinate the daily operation of the Repro department to maximize its efficiency and reach budgeted production rates. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to work around moving machinery or electricity requiring a high level of safety awareness. Employee is required to work with various hand tools and must be able to wear appropriate PPE.

Employee may be required to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted while performing job duties; push or pull up to 100 pounds. Employee may reach, climb, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, bend or twist up to 66% of the work shift.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Follow and support all Company safety, GMP and HACCP policies
• Operate and maintain repro machinery
• Perform screen changes as required.
• Pump repro as needed.
• Put away bails and Gaylords of scrap
• Establish daily work procedures to maintain production
• Insure accuracy of weights of purchased scrap
• Insure that inventory slips are on each row
• Compete weight report for the shift
• Maintain good housekeeping
• Train new employees assigned to the area
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Direct daily activities of Repro Helper
• Ability to operate a Forklift

Education: Knowledge normally acquired through completion of a High School Diploma or GED

Experience:

3 to 6 months experience as a Production Packer and/or

3 to 6 months experience working in manufacturing in a related field
