Responsibilities- Follow and support all Company safety, GMP and HACCP policies
- Supervise pack area employees
- Organize area to maintain safety and productivity
- Quality checks
- Adjust equipment to maximize
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Two years manufacturing experience
- Ability to effectively use various computer programs
- Ability to use hand tools and measuring instruments
- Ability to read and understand various work instructions
- Ability to use a forklift
- Ability to train new employees
- Ability to effectively communicate with others and promote a positive work environment
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals/compute rate, rational and percent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted, push/pull up to 100 pounds, reach, climb, crouch, bend or twist up to 66% of the work shift
