At Berry we believe in recycling, so that is exactly what this position will be responsible for. You will be in charge in the reprocessing of scrap material. You will be working one on one with the Repro Helper and assisting with the recycling of scrap plastic. You must be self-motivated with a very strong attendance record. Must be willing to work independently  two days are the same in this fast-paced factory!

• Attendance is important! You must be reliable, punctual and consistent.
• You adjust a variety of equipment in a well-timed manner to maximize outputs.
• Make minor repairs and aid in troubleshooting.
• Forklift experience is a plus! No Experience - no problem we will train you!
• Follow and support all Company safety, GMP and HACCP policies.
• Overtime is readily available in this position.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Three to six months experience working in a manufacturing related field
• Understanding of air rings and extruders
• Ability to train new employees
• Ability to operator a fork lift
• Ability to use hand tools and measuring instruments
• Ability to communicate with people at all levels of the company
• Ability to read and understand work orders
• Ability to work independently
