Overview
Sam’s Club is hiring for Team Managers in Clubs, across many locations and work groups such as Member Experience, Fresh Area, Merchandising and Freight Flow. You will lead an amazing team to delight members, grow sales, and develop people to reach their full potential. This is a leadership role designed to empower associates to take care of members and deliver on Sam’s Club values.

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary
:
Annual salary range $62,000.00 – $84,000.00, plus annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) may apply based on location for certain roles. - Health benefits

Minimum Qualifications
Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position. If none are listed, there are no minimum qualifications.
2 or more years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience with 6 months’ supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience with 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 1 year’s Sam’s Club experience; OR 3 years’ military experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Environmental Compliance or related field, Retail profit and loss statement management experience, Supervisory experience, Warehouse experience with cold chain compliance.
