** Job Description
**** Waste Connections is looking for a Sales Manager in Sioux Falls, SD**! In this role you will supervise a team of Sales Representatives and Administrators on all aspects of customer service including pro-active retention, pricing & service integrity, managing books of business, maintaining & managing their loss budget and negotiating service agreements.

Anticipated Compensation: $100,000 + Bonus Opportunity

Job Responsibilities:

* Ensure that the sales programs are being implemented
* Develop, motivate, and manage sales staff
* Manage the district's pricing quality and margin enhancement
* Manage the sales costs of the district
* Ensure that the monthly budget is met
* Prepare bids, sales reports and track revenues
* Interact with customers and regulatory agencies

Job Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree is preferred
* Waste industry experience preferred
* 3+ years sales experience
* Previous Sales Management experience preferred
* Excellent communication, computer and organizational skills
