Landscape Laborer II - Sioux Falls, SD Project

6 positions with Landscapes Golf Management, LLC - Sioux Falls, SD and surrounding areas in the same MSA. Temp. Full Time (04/01/2026 to 11/30/2026).

Position Description

Manual labor responsible for mowing greens, tees, fairways, rough, bunker banks, and native grass; performs bunker maintenance; rakes and moves sand, edges, and pulls weeds; installs and maintains landscaping plant material and performs all associated landscaping duties; assists with the repairs and maintenance of the irrigation system features; performs golf course set up; cup cutting, tee cleanup, divot filling, ball mark repair, trash and debris removal, and golf ball washer maintenance.

$17.48/hour paid bi-weekly. 40hrs/wk. 7:00am - 3:30pm, Sunday - Saturday. OT as needed ($26.22/hour). Optional housing available for employees at a rate of up to $500 per month, which is deducted from the worker's paycheck. LGM will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. LGM will make all deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law.

Transportation (including meals, and to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be reimbursed by company check if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will be paid by LGM if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by LGM. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.

Daily subsistence will he provided at a rate of at least $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. LGM will reimburse workers for visa, visa processing, border crossing, and related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees and charges primarily for the worker's benefit), within the first workweek. We reimburse employees who travel by bus to the job site.

However, those workers that choose to fly instead are paid for the bus fare by LGM, and then, LGM pays for the plane fare, which is then deducted from their pay. LGM will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.

No education required. 6 months experience with basic knowledge of golf course layout; understanding of golf course irrigation systems including ability to install/repair key components; knowledge of golf course building materials and golf course construction tasks including building/repair of greens, tees, and bunkers.
