A typical Maintenance Associate’s day might include:

• Complete make-ready checklists to ensure all apartment homes are ready for the new resident(s) resulting in a 5-star Google review.
• Help keeping our communities “picture perfect” by performing basic grounds maintenance, including landscaping, trash and debris pickup, weeding, mulching, and light seasonal snow removal (stocking cap included).
• Partnering with Service Technician(s) to complete work orders in occupied apartment homes.

• You are passionate about providing exceptional service and would like to learn maintenance in a residential setting, this is a great start.
• You have drive, excellent communication, and are willing to get your hands dirty, then this role may come naturally to you.

• You are flexible. You enjoy learning new points and rolling with changes. Your availability allows for a flexible work week, which includes some weekend coverage.
• You are dependable, safety conscious and have general maintenance experience. Tell us where you picked up any knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing and electrical.

The salary range for this position is $ 17.00 - 20.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
