We are now hiring a Technical Service Specialist, to help provide technical support both onsite and remote to our dealers and customers. This position will be based out of Sioux Falls, SD.

• Provides technical support services to customers, including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution and maintenance of products digital tools and services.
• Delivers remote and/or onsite troubleshooting and diagnostic support services to ensure that all products and/or services function properly while escalating technical concerns to product teams and leadership as necessary.
• Advises customers on preventative maintenance and configuration adjustments to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.
• Supports technical trainers in the delivery of training courses.
• Communicates with dealers, brands and/or business units any issues or technical information related to impacted programs, products, campaigns etc.
• Other related duties as assigned.

• Associated Degree in related field is required OR
• High School Diploma/GED & 3+ years experience with technical equipment is required.

• Experience with agricultural equipment and practices is preferred.

The annual salary for this role is USD $54,375.00 - $72,500.00 plus any applicable bonus (actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role).
