We’re looking for a sharp, driven Account Manager to join our Operations team in Sioux Falls, SD. In this role, you’ll be at the front lines of our customer relationships—leading onboarding, supporting activation and adoption, and ensuring our users experience the full value of the Konstruct
IQ platform.
We’re seeking someone who is passionate about customer experience—who gets energy from helping others succeed, and is motivated to build strong, long-term relationships. This is a perfect role for someone early in their career who is eager to learn quickly, take ownership, and make a visible impact in a high-growth tech environment. You’ll collaborate with Product, Support, and Sales to deliver exceptional customer experiences—and grow alongside a company that’s redefining an industry.
Responsibilities- Lead the onboarding journey for new customers—from initial onboarding to successful activation
- Build trusted relationships with users by understanding their needs and helping them succeed
- Serve as a technical advisor—guiding customers on how to best leverage our platform to solve real-world problems
- Proactively identify friction points and partner with internal teams to solve them
- Monitor product usage and customer health to prevent churn and uncover growth opportunities
- Track key account activity and maintain accurate records in CRM tools
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance the onboarding and support experience
- A fast learner with a strong interest in software, technology, and AI
- Passion for delivering great customer experiences and solving user challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you connect with people easily and explain clearly
- A problem‑solving mindset with the confidence to take initiative and own outcomes
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
- A team‑oriented mindset with the flexibility and energy needed in a startup environment
- Experience in construction, field services, or industrial software
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce)
- Prior internship or professional experience in a customer‑facing or operations role
- Demonstrated interest in startups, SaaS, or AI‑driven products
