Talent Manager, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Overview
Join to apply for the Recruitment and Training Coordinator role at Design Tanks in Sioux Falls, SD. This is a full-time position within the HR department to attract and onboard exceptional talent.
ResponsibilitiesYour day-to-day includes creating compelling job ads, reviewing resumes, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting in-depth interviews, making job offers, guiding onboarding, and supporting the internal training program in collaboration with team leaders to align training with organizational goals.
Qualifications- Experience with conducting interviews and compliance protocols
- Human Resources experience in a manufacturing environment
Salary: $25 - $28 per hour
. Benefits include sign-on bonuses, referral bonuses, and monthly cash incentives.
Monday through Friday, 8 am – 5 pm.
