• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and define effective recruiting strategies
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing and talent acquisition plans that align with short- and long-term organizational goals
• Identify and engage both active and passive candidates through a variety of sourcing channels, including Linked In, professional networks, industry groups, job fairs, professional organizations and internal referrals
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination
• Partner with the Marketing team to identify new recruiting opportunities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, metrics, and reporting in the applicant tracking system
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs through ongoing networking and relationship management
• Represent the company brand and culture in all interactions with candidates and external partners
• Collaborate with team members to support recruiting initiatives, employer branding efforts, and process improvements

• Business Degree or equivalent and/or relevant experience
• Strong sourcing skills including but not limited to Linked In
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential
• Effective listening skills are needed
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Must be self-motivated, persistent, and have the ability to prioritize workloads
• Strong networking skills are essential
• Technical skills and / or experience in the Technology world preferred
