• Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team.
• Ensure guest rooms and public spaces meet Canopy & Hilton brand standards.
• Coordinate daily schedules, room assignments, and inspections.
• Partner with Front Desk and Maintenance to keep operations running smoothly.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and ordering.
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards.
• Manage daily housekeeping operations, including maintaining cleanliness, service and product quality standards.
• Ensure rooms are clean and available to guests in a timely manner.
• Assist in monitoring and developing team member performance through supervision, counseling, evaluations, and recognition.
• Oversee and conduct room inspections.
• Recruit, interview, and train team members.

• Previous housekeeping leadership experience (hotel experience preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Positive, hands‑on leadership style.
