As a Licensed Addiction Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing innovative programs that align with our mission and meet all regulatory standards. Our services include adult residential treatment, outpatient treatment, group and individual counseling, alcohol/drug evaluations, and personalized treatment planning.

• Bachelor's degree in Addiction Counseling or a related field
• Willingness to relocate to Arnegard, ND or surrounding areas.

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients’ substance use histories.
• Document comprehensive patient assessments, including physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual implications.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and insurance companies to ensure coordinated care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Lead educational sessions and addiction group therapy.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with CFR 42 regulations when sharing patient information.
• Evaluate and refine programs and services to enhance effectiveness.
• Participate in daily clinical meetings to review patient progress.

• Competitive Salary: $95,000 per year
