• Conduct individual, couples, and/or family therapy sessions to help clients explore their thoughts and emotions in a safe and supportive environment
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals
• Provide evidence‑based interventions to promote mental and emotional well‑being
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy, or a Doctorate in Psychology
• Licensure as a Therapist in the state of South Dakota
• Experience working with diverse populations and a range of mental health concerns
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for helping others and promoting mental wellness
