Drybar is looking for a Salon manager-we are looking for 1 special candidate to fill this position.

Management experience is preferred, but if you have a passion and history in the hair industry and have been waiting for your opportunity to shine in a management role;we would also like to hear from you.

• Pay strucutre;
  Hourly with oppurtunity for comission and tips. We also offer manager bonuses basef on preformance. (Details can be discussed on an individual basis)

Job Summary
We are seeking a d experienced Salon Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our salon. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for the beauty industry, and a proven track record in retail management. As the Salon Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and driving sales while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily salon operations to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment.
• Implement effective inventory control measures to maintain stock levels and manage supplies efficiently.
• Drive sales through effective marketing strategies and promotions tailored to the local market.
• Maintain administrative tasks such as payroll processing, reporting, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Utilize retail math to analyze sales data and develop strategies for improvement.
• Ensure all team members are knowledgeable about products and services new hair styles and trends offered in the salon.
• Foster a welcoming atmosphere for clients while addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.

• Proven experience in retail management or salon operations is required.
• Strong background in sales management with an emphasis on achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
• Familiarity with inventory control processes and stock management is essential.
• Experience in product sales or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.
• Administrative skills are necessary for managing day-to-day operations effectively.

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
