* Job Purpose:

** Responsible for assisting lenders and mortgage leaders in a variety of capacities to achieve department goals. Assists with daily production and management of the assigned loan pipeline.
*
* Primary Responsibilities:

**** Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
*** Manage assigned loan pipeline and provide quality control which includes but not limited to: completing client applications, processing loan denials, determining pre-qualification standards, completing disclosures, writing loan narratives, locking interest rates, and preparing in-house loans for management approval.
* Provide timely and professional written and verbal communication internal and external stakeholders.
* Responsible for operational excellence and regulatory compliance, ensuring residential lending portfolio is compliant with regulatory requirements.
* Provide daily support to ensure timelines are met, service standards are exceeded, workload priorities are established, and problems/exceptions are resolved in a timely manner.
* Schedule appointments and prioritize sensitive matters for lender or leadership calendar.
* Maintain comprehensive and accurate records including but not limited to minor accounting expense reports, monitory and ordering inventory, meeting materials, and reports and data analysis.

* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage simultaneous high priority projects and tasks while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.
* Ability to work independently with a strong attention to detail.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, customers, investors, and management.
* Ability to take initiative and resolve issues in a timely manner.
* Willingness to quickly adapt to changing regulations, investor overlays, work as a team and become proficient quickly.
* Ability to work independently, handle stress, exercise self-control, adhere to company policies, and procedures.
* Ability to build rapport and trust quickly with various stakeholders.

* Education and Experience:

*** Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred.
* Minimum of 3 years of mortgage experience preferred.
* Strong knowledge of mortgage lending processes and regulatory requirements required.
