C & B Operations has a rare opportunity for a Senior Credit & Collections Analyst in Sioux Falls, SD. Reporting to the Controller, this position will provide oversight of credit and accounts receivable practices, partner with operations and leadership teams to support effective processes, manage risk and drive consistent execution across the organization. The Credit Collection Manager is responsible for interviewing, hiring and training new staff.

This is a full time, salaried position. Rate is based on experience. Flexible work hours between 7:30 am - 6 pm Monday - Friday with additional hours during month end and year end close.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred.
- 5+ years of accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Quick Books) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
