Join Kotapay as a Payments Program & Product Lead, where you’ll drive the implementation and optimization of innovative payment solutions. This role is perfect for someone passionate about fintech, program management, and product development. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless integration, compliance, and scalability across our payment platforms.

• Lead third‑party Banking‑as‑a‑Service (BaaS) program management and onboarding of new payment partners.
• Collaborate with processors, networks, and vendors for smooth integration and performance.
• Monitor payment transaction flows, identify trends, and recommend optimizations.
• Support development and rollout of new payment products and features.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and fraud prevention.
• Act as primary contact for partners during implementations and ongoing support.
• Oversee change management and testing for new product launches.

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years in project management, implementation, or product development within financial services.
• Payments and/or fintech experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building, and technical skills.
