Job Overview
The Transfers Specialist has a critical role in managing the transfer of funds for clients who wish to move their assets from another account to their self-directed Individual Retirement Account (IRA). This position requires attention to detail, knowledge of IRA regulations, and commitment to customer service will contribute to the overall success of our clients' investment journey.
Job Structure Details- On-Site, Sioux Falls, SD
- Full Time, Monday-Friday, no nights or weekends
- Non-Exempt/Hourly
- Health, Dental, Vision Insurance

- Monthly 15-minute massage
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding IRA funding, funding inquiries and transactions.
- Identify and rectify any IRA accounts that have not received timely funding.
- Receive and process incoming transfers to IRAs.
- Ensure all transfers comply with IRA regulations and company policies.
- Verify the accuracy of transfer amounts and supporting documentation.
- Provide timely and accurate information to clients about the transfer process.
- Address client inquiries and concerns related to IRA transfers promptly and professionally.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IRA rules and regulations.
- Collaborate with compliance team to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless experience for clients and support overall business objectives.
- Other tasks as assigned by management.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Previous experience in financial services, particularly in IRA administration or retirement accounts, preferred.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Previous experience with financial software, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
