Job Summary
Assist the Credit Review team with the management of Dacotah Bank’s loan portfolio risk. Review loan files to achieve various objectives set by the Chief Credit Review Officer. Assist the Director of Credit Review with scoping loan reviews and compiling reports as needed.
Essential FunctionsEmployees must be able to perform the essential functions of this position satisfactorily or make a request for reasonable accommodations as needed.
- Independently review loan files as assigned
- Communicate review observations with the Director of Credit Review and Chief Credit Review Executive
- Participate in credit review discussions and exit meetings with the lending staff and applicable management
- Assist with the scoping process to create credit review samples
- Assist with data aggregation for credit review reports
- Establish relationships with lending staff, market leadership, portfolio managers, and senior management
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in banking, finance, or business (Required)
- 4+ years of agricultural or commercial lending, credit analysis, or regulatory examination experience (Preferred)

Bachelors or better in Finance or related field.
Experience4-6 years:
Credit Analysis, Commercial Lending, or Regulatory Examination experience.
