The Role
Assist in accounting, controlling, and reporting for the ATM Cash Funding program, as well as support the Finance Department with backup duties, financial reporting, ALCO, and special projects.
Job Duties And Responsibilities- Order cash for ATMs, ensuring orders stay within limits.
- Record cash orders, returns by processors and couriers, and daily summary transactions in ATM Manager Pro, Quick Books, and the general ledger.
- Monitor load, processor, and deposit activity to verify funds are loaded and deposited timely.
- Reconcile received funds to expected proceeds.
- Provide courteous service to ATM Funding customers and vendors.
- Assist with monthly ATM reconciliations and invoicing.
- Set up and monitor vendor relationships.
- Research missing or excess settlements with processors and couriers.
- Perform on‑call duties after normal hours and on weekends.
- Back up other Finance Department duties.
- Assist with special projects as assigned.
- Update terminals in S & G software.
- Add new customers and update current files in Quick Books.
- Set up new customers and groups, updating terminal status in ATM Manager Pro.
- Education/experience that enables meeting essential functions and required competencies.
- Basic computer skills, especially Excel, and proficiency in English.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to concentrate and work independently.

- Attention to detail, analytical & problem‑solving skills.
