Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Engineering Manager to join our team in Sioux Falls. The ideal candidate will be a licensed Professional Engineer with a strong background in Land Development, Water Resources, or Transportation engineering. This leadership role requires a hands‑on project manager who can guide technical teams, manage client relationships, and oversee multiple projects from inception through completion.

• Lead and mentor engineering teams across Land Development, Water Resources, and Transportation projects
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and client communications to ensure timely and successful delivery
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to meet project objectives
• Uphold high standards of engineering excellence and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Contribute to business development and strategic growth initiatives

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in South Dakota or ability to obtain licensure
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Land Development, Water Resources, or Transportation engineering
• Proven project management experience with a track record of delivering complex projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
