Student Success Coach - ABA Program

Join Our Team as a Student Success Coach!

Are you passionate about helping students succeed academically and behaviorally? Do you have experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of students with special needs? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join Teachwell Solutions in Sioux Falls, SD as a Student Success Coach with our Prosper Program.

• Provide one-on-one or small group coaching to students with special needs to improve academic performance and behavior.
• Implement ABA techniques and interventions to support students in achieving their personal and academic goals.
• Assist teachers, Board Certified Behavioral Analysts and other educational professionals with implementation of individualized learning plans for students.
• Monitor student progress and adjust coaching strategies as needed to maximize student success.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to students in developing social skills, emotional regulation, and self-advocacy.

The position follows a traditional school calendar with holiday breaks and summers off. Hours are 7:30-3:30 Monday-Friday. We offer competitive pay and a supportive working environment.

• Bachelor s degree in education, psychology, special education, or related field.
• Experience working with students with special needs, particularly those with autism spectrum disorders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
