Our Sioux Falls locations are set to open in early 2026, and we re looking for enthusiastic, caring, and creative individuals to help us fill every classroom and every position. Our hiring process will begin with Zoom interviews, followed by final in-person interviews as we get closer to opening day.

• Infant Teacher
• Toddler Teacher
• Lead Preschool Teacher
• PreK Lead Teacher
• School-Age Counselor
• Receptionist
• Cafe/Nutrition Specialist

• Work Monday - Friday for full time employment
• Execute lesson plans and curriculum
• Maintain licensing requirements
• Complete required assessments and observations
• Talk to parents and help meet their needs
• Maintain cleanliness in the classroom
• Have fun!
• These are responsibilities for our most common positions, but we re happy to discuss responsibilities for less common positions

Training and experience is preferred, but we are willing to train and support education through scholarships. Some positions may require specific credentials.

• CDA or early childhood education degree (preferred)
• CPR/First Aid
• Experience working with children 0-13 years-old
• Willing to train

• 50% off of preschool or after school tuition for full-time employees
• First four weeks of tuition for two children free at time of hire
