About the RoleWe’re looking for a part-time Event & Community Outreach Coordinator to help us find, organize, and execute local events that generate high-quality, exclusive leads.

This is not a sales role — your focus is on lead generation and appointment setting, not closing deals.
Key Responsibilities Event Sourcing & Planning- Research and identify local events
- Build and maintain a rolling calendar of upcoming events
- Evaluate events based on audience, cost, and lead potential
- Present recommended events for approval
- Work approved events personally or
- Recruit, schedule, and manage approved event staff
- Set up and manage booth operations
- Engage attendees and collect qualified leads
- Schedule in-home appointments when appropriate
- Ensure proper lead handoff after each event
- Track leads, appointments, and event performance
- Provide simple post-event summaries and feedback
This position is hourly plus performance-based incentives.

- Part-time (typically 10–30 hours per week)
- Nights and weekends required (based on event schedules)
