Position: Receptionist (Full-time)

Work Environment: This is a retail environment with hours Tuesday through Friday, 9 am–6 pm, and Saturday, 9 am–5 pm.

• Warmly greet walk-in customers and assist them with their needs.
• Answer and direct phone calls with excellent customer service.
• Communicate clearly and efficiently with customers and coworkers through verbal and written messages, texts, and emails.
• Assist accounting staff with title work.
• Organize staff lunches.
• Assist the sales team with printing price tags, flyers for events, and more.

• History of outstanding customer service
• Ability to work as a team player as well as independently
• Experience with various computer software
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen and have a safe driving record
• Previous experience is preferred but not required
