Car Wash Attendant - Part Time

Overview

Our Crew Members are responsible for providing an excellent customer experience to all customers using our facility. They ensure customer satisfaction by delivering a clean, dry, shiny vehicle in a safe, fast, and friendly manner. They also support the outside appearance of the site, equipment maintenance, and management of chemical and supply inventories.

• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers.
• Suggest and up-sell wash products and plans to customers; assist customers with menu options and payment.
• Observe and maintain lane and tunnel flow; perform visual inspections of the condition of each vehicle prior to entering the tunnel.
• Process point of sale transactions efficiently and with minimal error; correct minor transaction errors. Safeguard cash and comply with cash handling and safe drops.
• Maintain and clean all areas of the car wash; maintain outside equipment and supplies.
• Perform preventive maintenance on car wash equipment; notify management when malfunction occurs.
• Work safely and report unsafe conditions or maintenance issues to management.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred; previous customer service or sales experience required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; customer service oriented.
• Good accuracy and attention to detail; able to meet deadlines and work under pressure; able to multi-task.
• Able to lift, carry, push/pull up to 50 pounds alone; regular use of ladder.
• Physical stamina to work long hours and mobility to bend, kneel, stoop, squat, reach and stand/walk for long periods; able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
