Receptionist

Full-time

$18/hour plus bonus opportunities

Our Receptionist position holds a unique blend of duties and is considered the “Swiss-army knife” of sales support. If you have a heart that loves to serve others, reflect outstanding customer service, and keep busy with multiple duties, this job is for you!

This is a retail environment. Our hours are Tuesdays through Friday, 9 am- 6 pm, and Saturday, 9 am- 5 pm.

Essential Duties
  • Warmly greeting walk-in customers and assisting them with their needs.
  • Answering and directing phone calls with excellent customer service.
  • Communicating clearly and efficiently with customers and coworkers through verbal and written messages, texts, and emails.
  • Assisting accounting staff with title work.
  • Organizing staff lunches.
  • Assisting the sales team with printing price tags, flyers for events, and more.
Requirements
  • A history of outstanding customer service
  • Ability to work as a team player as well as individually
  • Experience with various computer software
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen and have a safe driving record
  • Previous experience is preferred but not required
