Responsibilities- Answer customer inquiries in person, over the phone or via email, assisting with product selection, order details, and delivery information.
- Accurately process customer orders, ensuring all necessary details such as quantities, styles, and delivery times are confirmed.
- Stay informed about the full range of tile products, including sizes, finishes, and available stock, to provide expert advice to customers.
- Assist customers in selecting the right products to meet their needs, upsell additional items where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate customer and order records in the system, ensuring all order details are properly logged and tracked.
- Address customer concerns or complaints in a professional manner, escalating to management when necessary.

This is a Contract to Hire position based in Sioux Falls, SD.
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
