Guest Services - Box Office Representative (Full Time) Great opportunity to join our Guest Services Team!
Pay: $16.00/hour
Schedule: Days, evenings, weekends, and some holidays
Bring your positive energy to our Guest Services team! If you love helping people, solving problems with a smile, and being at the center of arts, science, and live events, this role is for you.
What you’ll do- Be the friendly face (and voice!) of the Pavilion—assist guests by phone, in person, and email
- Handle cash confidently and balance your daily sales report
- Stay in the know on all events, exhibits, and shows
- Jump into projects: outbound calls, data entry/cleanup, and mailing tickets/info
- Join Box Office & All-Staff meetings and event/exhibit previews
- Keep learning—complete training and stay current on procedures
- A customer-first mindset and eagerness to learn
- Ability to learn a point-of-sale system and follow SOPs
- Solid cash-handling skills and attention to detail
- At least 1 year of computer experience
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience preferred
$16.00/hour starting pay
