We’re looking for a Guest Services Lead to help us deliver exceptional experiences for both our guests and employees. If you love working with people, leading a team, and bringing positive energy to everything you do, we want to hear from you!

Schedule: This is a full-time (hourly) position that requires availability for days, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
- Lead & Inspire – Supervise our Guest Services team, providing guidance, coaching, and ongoing training.
- Deliver Outstanding Guest Experiences – Assist guests with ticketing, memberships, seating, and event-related inquiries.
- Keep Things Running Smoothly – Oversee daily department operations, ensuring coverage for registers, phones, and event support.
- Handle Transactions & Reporting – Reconcile sales, process deposits, compile financial reports, and assist with department reporting.
- Be a Problem‑Solver – Address guest concerns professionally while maintaining our high standards for customer service.
- Stay Organized & Efficient – Assist with projects like outbound calls, data entry, mailings, and maintaining team procedures.
- Make an Impact! – Work closely with promoters, event organizers, and internal teams to ensure seamless experiences.
- At least 4 years of customer service experience (supervisory experience is a plus!).
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions and reporting.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs when needed.
