Job SummaryAs a Customer Service Representative (Bank Teller), you are the bank’s front‑line ambassador, delivering stellar customer service. You will process large sums of money and multiple transactions per hour, maintaining accuracy, speed, and a positive demeanor. You’ll build lasting relationships with customers and promote our products through referrals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide the highest level of service to every customer.
- Maintain a cash drawer, taking in/giving out cash and balancing.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Receive loan, safe‑deposit box and credit card payments.
- Process cash services.
- Redeem U.S. Savings Bonds.
- Identify customer needs through qualifying questions and refer appropriate services, products and digital options.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency with multiple computer systems and programs, working knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to change.
- Team‑oriented and collaborative across all levels of the organization.
- Service‑oriented, polite, and respectful.
- Advanced problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Capacity to take direction, follow through independently until project completion.
This position supports both the Lorraine and Louise locations, with a regular rotation between the two. Some extended business hours include Saturday mornings.
