Location: Sioux Falls, SD
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00‑9:00 am to 5:00‑6:00 pm; rotating Saturday 9:00‑12:00 pm
Job Schedule: Full‑time
This role provides customer support to bank customers through telephone, email, and messaging, delivering best‑in‑class service as the primary point of contact for inbound issues and inquiries.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Interact with customers in a professional manner.
- Provide best‑in‑class customer support for online and offline banking.
- Exhibit a high level of personal ownership.
- Resolve customer issues and deepen the customer relationship with First PREMIER Bank.
- Possess mastery of the English language with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Work accountably and independently while contributing to a team.
- Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Education:
High School diploma or equivalent, and/or minimum of 1 year experience in banking and/or customer relations.
