As a project manager, your goal is to deliver an excellent experience to our customers by keeping projects on schedule and under budget, while staying one step ahead of what’s happening. Typical duties include analyzing drawings, scheduling, cost tracking, ordering materials, contracting with subcontractors, field visits, and problem solving. You will coordinate with architects, subcontractors, material vendors, and customers. Most projects fall between zero and six million dollars.

We will train you on our project-management systems. After training, you will work daily to become more efficient and capable. As you excel, there will be opportunities for advancement and leadership. We are a rapidly growing company focused on helping our team reach their goals.

In addition to project management, you will perform some light estimating, primarily determining required subcontractors and vendors and obtaining pricing. The amount of estimating depends on the individual’s skillset.

• Knowledge of the building construction process, which may come from years of construction experience or a construction management degree.
• Reasonably tech-savvy and able to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• This position includes a company vehicle, gas card, and cell phone.
